Protect account access
Never share passwords, one-time login codes or financial account access in response to a study invitation. Be cautious with identity-document requests unless the purpose is clear and independently verifiable.
Report a concern
Keep the listing URL and relevant messages. Use Scoutela’s reporting route for a listing problem and contact the original provider through a verified contact route when its name is being impersonated.
