Necessary and requested storage

Scoutela uses authentication storage, security/session identifiers, privacy and interface preferences, and temporary referral attribution for features you request. Local tools can also store recent-study links, provider-link history and an unfinished onboarding draft. Clearing an account does not clear every device’s site data.

Optional analytics and campaign records

Google Analytics loads only after a valid “Accept analytics” choice. It can measure page views and feature interactions. Campaign tags, the landing path and capture time are stored only with that choice. A legacy campaign record is cleared on the next visit without valid analytics consent or when you choose necessary only. Otherwise it remains until your choice changes or site data is cleared. Optional purchase and subscription analytics from server webhooks is disabled.

Storage duration and withdrawal

The saved privacy choice has no automatic expiry in local storage. Changing it to necessary only stops future optional analytics from Scoutela in this browser and clears the campaign record; it does not recall information previously sent or necessarily erase existing third-party records. You can use browser site-data controls to remove remaining local storage and cookies, including existing analytics cookies. Clearing necessary storage can sign you out or remove local preferences.

Third parties

Firebase and Stripe can use technologies needed for sign-in, security and payments when you use those features. They and study-provider websites have separate notices. Provider cookie choices are managed on the provider’s website. See our Privacy Policy for data categories and your rights.
